I'm allowed to decline any commission without explanation, so please don't send the money before I accept your request.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use their commissioned artwork in AI technology, blockchain-associated technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, NFT marketplaces, and related. Any use of the artwork associated with this is strictly prohibited and will result in blacklist from my commissions permanently.

English is not my native language, so please be polite and patiend. Rude behavior will not be tolerated.

As Venezuelan, blackouts are common, this can affect my response time and delivery of commissions. Take this into account before ordering.

Due to the previous point, rush commissions/for a specific date, are very probably to be not accepted.

The client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of the commissioned artwork.

All commission must be paid full and upfront, through Paypal invoices only.

Only pay after I confirm your commission. Any payment before will be considered a donation.

After the sketch I do not accept refunds unless something happens on my part.

If the payment has not been sent yet, you can cancel the commission request at any time and without an explanation.

Customers can contact me via Discord, Email, Twitter or any other social networks.

Specify the details of your commission. Providing many character references as possible is highly recommended and appreciated. If there’s anything specific you want to see in the ilustration (specific pose, accesories, etc) let me know and provide references too.

When all commission details have been confirmed, you will receive a PayPal invoice, the ilustration will not be started until payment is received.

You will receive a initial sketch for approval. Unlimited revisions and changes during sketching phase.

You will receive updates on the lineart, flat color and rendering. During this phase only minor adjustments and changes are allowed (color corrections, small details, or details I forgot to add, etc).

Final product will be sent via email. The artwork is a digital file and will not be physically sent to the customer.
